After moving to Ghana and welcoming our two children, we were struck by the lack of care and integrity in customer-facing roles. The joy of spending money at a restaurant or shopping was often missing, and we frequently found ourselves helping customer service reps. This inspired us to improve customer service in Ghana and help businesses earn the loyalty they deserve.

A friend's words resonated with us: "Ghana has the potential to be the Dubai of Africa, but our people won’t let us be great, Chale." After countless visits to local businesses, we understood this deeply and committed to making a difference, one customer experience at a time.
